At Om Sai Vacations (OSV), we strive to provide seamless travel experiences. However, we understand that plans may change. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair to all customers.
1. General Refund Policy
- All refund requests must be made in writing via email or official communication channels.
- Refunds are processed based on the cancellation policies of hotels, airlines, transport providers, and third-party vendors.
- Service charges and convenience fees are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by Customer
- 30 days or more before travel date: 25% cancellation charges
- 15β29 days before travel date: 50% cancellation charges
- 7β14 days before travel date: 75% cancellation charges
- Less than 7 days / No show: 100% cancellation charges (No refund)
3. Flight & Train Tickets
- Cancellation and refund are strictly as per the respective airline or railway policies.
- OSV acts only as a booking facilitator and does not control airline/train refund timelines or charges.
4. Hotel Bookings
- Refunds depend on individual hotel policies.
- Certain peak season / promotional bookings may be non-refundable.
5. Holiday Packages
- Package refunds are calculated after deducting:
- Hotel cancellation charges
- Transport / vehicle charges
- Entry tickets / activity costs
- OSV service charges
6. Third-Party Services (e.g., Helicopter, Adventure Activities)
- Services like helicopter bookings (e.g., Kedarnath Yatra) are operated by third-party vendors.

- Weather disruptions
- Technical issues
- Government restrictions
- Acts of God
- Refunds (if any) will be provided strictly as per the vendorβs policy.
7. Force Majeure (Act of God)
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations or disruptions caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Weather conditions
- Political unrest
- Pandemics or government restrictions
- However, we will assist in rescheduling wherever possible.
8. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7β14 working days.
- The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank/payment provider.
9. No Refund Situations
- No-show at hotel, transport, or activity
- Early check-out or unused services
- Last-minute cancellations (as per policy)
10. Amendments & Rescheduling
- Amendments are subject to availability and vendor policies.
- Additional charges may apply.
